[摘要]目的：探索脑溢血患者最佳治疗路径。方法：作者根据临床工作中遇到的诊疗脑溢血流程方面的具体问题，提出脑溢血首诊科室应当是外科的观点，通过外科在超早期和急期严密观察确定不需要做手术后再向内科转诊。结论：神经外科作为脑溢血患者首诊科室是最佳治疗路径。
