[摘要]在外胆道手术中，由于多次开刀，常常使胆道失去了正常的连续性，而且胆道的再生很难，术后发生的胆管狭窄，反复胆道逆行感染等并发症使人们一直在寻找一种人工的胆管替代物来解决胆管的修复和重建问题。本文介绍了人工胆管的研究现状，并对人工胆管的研究方向进行了一定程度的解读和预测。

    [ABSTRACT]Out biliary tract surgery, surgery due to multiple, often makes the continuity of the normal bile duct loss and regeneration of difficult bile duct, bile duct stricture occurred after repeated retrograde biliary tract infection and other complications that people have been looking for an artificial alternatives to solve the bile duct repair and reconstruction. This article describes the status of research of artificial bile duct, and the artificial bile duct research to a certain degree of interpretation and prediction.
