生化检测对糖尿病并发酮症酸中毒的临床价值分析

[摘 要] 目的：探讨生化检测中血脂检测对糖尿病并发酮症酸中毒的临床价值。方法：对我院收治的23例糖尿病并发酮症酸中毒患者进行生化检测，并与同期糖尿病酮症患者结果进行对比分析。结果：糖尿病合并酮症酸中毒患者血脂检查结果中，其CHOL、TG、Apo-B均明显高于对照组，p<0.05；其HDLC和Apo-B则低于对照组，p<0.05。结论：使用生化检测能够辅助医生对糖尿病并发酮症酸中毒患者给予诊断。
