[摘 要] 病案教学法是医学院教学改革的一部分。病案教学法是集讨论式、启发式、探究式于一体的课堂教学。而且以学生为本，最大程度地激发学生的积极性、参与性、创新性，而提高了教学质量。

    [Abstract] The clinical case teaching is a part of the education reformation in medical college. It is the classroom teaching pattern that combines the methods of discussion type teaching, heuristic teaching and inquiry-based teaching. The clinical case teaching takes the student as a center, which can inspire the enthusiasm, the participation and the innovation of students effectively in study and has a positive significance to improve the quality of teaching.
