[摘 要] 本文探索手机辐射对小鼠睾丸形态学上的影响。实验用手机染毒小鼠28d后对其进行解剖,取出睾丸称重、制成石蜡切片进行观察和分析。结果表明,染毒三周后开始实验组体重明显小于对照组，实验组小鼠睾丸质量及睾丸脏器系数变小，睾丸生精小管发生萎缩，结构变得疏松，管腔也变得狭窄，内有异物。生精上皮结构变疏松，管腔内可以看出精子变少，大部分精子出现断尾、畸形等现象。生精小管之间的结缔组织结构变薄且不完整，细胞间隙变大，其间质细胞也明显减少。

[Abstract] This paper investigated the effects of Mobile phone radiation on morphology of mice testis. For observing and analysing, the testis of anatomized mice which were radiated with Mobile phones for 28 days were weighted and made into paraffin sections. The results indicated that after three weeks radiation, the weight of mice in experimental group was significantly less than that in control group.
