[摘 要] 目的：探讨护理干预对慢性肾功能不全患者的影响。方法：选将我院慢性肾功能不全并符合腹膜腹膜透析(PD)适应证患者150例干预组(78)和对照组(72)，干预组进行护理干预，对照组按常规护理，比较两组患者的各项临床指标。结论：护理干预是患者把握最佳腹膜透析时机适时腹膜透析的重要保证。

    [Abstract] Objective Of nursing intervention for patients with chronic renal insufficiency influence. Method I choose the hospital with chronic renal insufficiency and in accordance with peritoneal dialysis (PD) patients with 150 cases in the intervention group indication (78) and control group (72), the intervention group for nursing intervention in the control group according to conventional care, two groups were compared the clinical indicators. Conclusion Positive and effective nursing intervention so that patients on peritoneal dialysis timing, psychological, social behavior change has a positive meaning, help to improve the patient's quality of life and after peritoneal dialysis patients return to society.
