[摘 要] 目的：探讨直肠癌术后护理的方法和有关问题。方法：对我院2008年4月至2010年4月收治的62例直肠癌患者的术后护理资料进行回顾性分析，运用一般护理、心理护理、病情观察、引流管的护理等护理方法，并且做好出院健康指导。结果：经准确及时的治疗和科学合理的护理，收治的62例患者均治愈出院，无一例死亡。结论：直肠癌的术后护理是患者康复的重要保障，可有效的提高临床治愈率，具有广泛的推广与应用价值。

    [Abstract] Objective The method of rectal cancer care and related issues. Method Our hospital from April 2008 to April 2010, 62 patients with rectal cancer treated post-operative care of patients were retrospectively analyzed, the use of general care, psychological care, the condition observation, drainage tube care, nursing, and do discharged to know the work. Result The accurate and timely scientific and rational treatment and care, treated 62 patients were cured, with no deaths.Conclusion Cancer patients with post-operative care is an important guarantee for rehabilitation caneffectively improve the clinical cure rate, with a wide range of promotion and application value.
