[摘 要] 目的：探讨新生儿黄疸的病因、诊断及治疗效果，为有效治疗提供科学依据，提高治愈率。方法：对我院收治的85例新生儿黄疸的临床资料做回顾性分析，将患儿随机分为治疗组(45例)和对照组(40例)，治疗组在给予常规治疗的基础上加用蓝光照射治疗，对照组给予常规治疗，两组临床资料比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)，观察两组的治疗效果。结果：治疗组治愈41例，治愈率91.11%，好转2例，无效2例；对照组治愈32例，治愈80.00%，好转5例，无效3例。结论：选择合理的治疗手段是提高治愈率的关键因素，可有效的减少复发，并改善预后。

    [Abstract] Objective Cause of neonatal jaundice, diagnosis and treatment, provide a scientific basis for effective treatment to improve the cure rate.Method Our hospital on 85 cases of neonatal jaundice retrospectively analyzed clinical data, the patients were randomly divided into treatment group (45 cases) and control group (40 cases), the treatment group received conventional therapy based on the use of blue light irradiation in the control group received conventional therapy, clinical data comparing the two groups was no significant difference (P> 0.05), were observed therapeutic effect.Result Treatment group cured 41 cases, 91.11% cure rate, improved in 2 cases, 2 cases; control group cured 32 cases, 80.00% cured, improved in 5 cases, 3 cases.
