[摘 要] 目的：建立一种柱前衍生反相高效液相色谱法测定血浆同型谷胱甘肽(glutath ione，GSH)的方法。方法：以tris-(2-carboxy lethy l)-phosphine(TCEP)为还原剂，7-fluorbenzo-2-oxa-1，3-diazole-4-sulfonate(SBD-F)为衍生剂，N-乙酰半胱氨酸(N-ace tylcystine，NAC)为内标，C8柱分离。流动相为甲醇-磷酸盐缓冲液，梯度洗脱，激发波长(λex)380nm，发射波长(λem)510nm，内标标准曲线法定量。结论：本方法准确、灵敏、快速、特异，适合于GSH实验室研究和临床常规检测。

Mobile phase was methanol - phosphate buffer, gradient elution, the excitation wavelength (λex) 380nm, emission wavelength (λem) 510nm, internal standard quantification standard curve.
