[摘 要] 目的：进一步提高乳头溢液性疾病的诊断水平，评价乳腺导管造影及高频超声联合检查较单用二者之一在提高乳头溢液性疾病的诊断水平中的临床价值。方法：对我院乳头溢液性疾病女性患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析，将高频超声的检查结果与乳腺导管造影、最终诊断作对照分析研究。结论：乳腺导管造影与高频超声联合应用对乳头溢液性疾病的临床诊断具有较高的临床价值。

    [Abstract] Objective Further improve the diagnosis of nipple discharge level of disease, evaluation of breast imaging and high-frequency ultrasound combined with examination than either alone in improving disease of nipple discharge diagnosis of clinical value.Methods Nipple discharge of hospital patients with diseases of women were retrospectively analyzed clinical data, the test results with high-frequency ultrasound breast imaging, the final diagnosis for the control analysis. Conclusion Breast imaging with high frequency ultrasound combined with application of nipple discharge clinical diagnosis of disease with high clinical value.
