动态磁敏感对比增强灌注技术和扩散加权成像在脑胶质瘤分级诊断中的价值

     [摘 要] 目的:研究动态磁敏感对比增强灌注成像技术(DSC)和扩散加权成像(DWI)在脑胶质瘤中的临床应用价值。方法:63例脑胶质瘤患者行常规MR、常规T1增强扫描,动态磁敏感对比增强灌注及扩散加权成像,分别获得相应扩散系数(ADC)彩图和相对脑血流容量(rCBV)彩图,测量肿瘤实质的灌注参数和弥散参数,进行差异的t检验,对两种诊断方法进行评价并对诊断符合率进行χ2检验。结论:DSC和DWI联合应用为术前无创性地评价胶质瘤的恶性程度、指导定向活检及选择治疗方案等提供重要的帮助。

    [Abstract] Objective Of dynamic susceptibility contrast-enhanced perfusion imaging (DSC) and diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI) in human gliomas in the clinical application value.Methods 63 cases of glioma patients underwent conventional MR, conventional T1-enhanced scan, dynamic susceptibility contrast-enhanced perfusion and diffusion-weighted imaging, respectively, to obtain the corresponding diffusion coefficient (ADC) color pictures and relative cerebral blood flow volume (rCBV) color pictures, measurements substantial tumor perfusion parameters and dispersion parameters, the t-test for differences, the two diagnostic methods for evaluation and diagnosis rate for χ2 test. Conclusion DWI combined DSC and non-invasive preoperative assessment of m alignant glioma, guidance directed biopsy and treatment options to provide significant help. ......
