[摘 要] 目的：探讨麻醉管理对非体外循环冠状动脉搭桥术临床效果。方法：23例行非体外循环冠状动脉搭桥术的患者在围手术期给予适合的麻醉方案和严密的监测。结果：所有患者手术中均未出现麻醉意外，术中各项生理指标均未出现大幅度的波动，显示了较好的麻醉管理效果。结论：严密科学的麻醉方案对于手术效果是极为重要的，也是必须的，因此必须加强围手术期的麻醉管理，以减少意外，提高患者的生活质量。
