[摘 要] 目的：探讨胃十二指肠肠管营养配合按摩、音乐疗法对胃癌术后功能恢复的影响。方法：收集2008年10月至2011年2月我院普外科接受胃癌胃全切手术的72例进展期、胃癌病人，随机分为肠管营养配合按摩、音乐疗法(EN+Gln)组、肠内营养(EN)组和对照组。对比三组的临床疗效。结论：按摩、音乐疗法有助于患者术后康复，提高患者生活质量。

    [Abstract] Objective Of gastric and duodenal intestine nutrition and massage, music therapy on postoperative recovery of gastric cancer. Method Collected from October 2008 to February 2011 in our hospital received general surgery surgery total resection of gastric cancer, 72 cases of advanced gastric cancer patients were randomly divided into the intestinal nutrition and massage, music therapy (EN + Gln) group, enteral nutrition (EN) group and control group. Compared three groups of clinical efficacy. Conclusion Massage, music therapy helps patients recover, improve patient quality of life.
