     【摘要】：目的：探讨血清胱抑素C在早期肾功能损害中的临床价值。方法：应用酶法测定血清肌酐(Scr)及肌酐清除率(Ccr)，用颗粒增强透射免疫比浊法测定血清胱抑素C(sysc)，应用公式计算肾小球滤过率(GFR)。结果：血清Cysc与Scr呈正相关性与GFR呈负相关性。
