凋亡相关基因在急性肝损害中表达的变化

【摘要】：目的：探讨凋亡相关基因表达对急性肝损害的影响。方法:用脂多糖(LPS)造成大鼠急性肝损伤的模型；用Tuner染色法检测肝细胞凋亡，用免疫线化法测定bcl-2、bax、Fas、Fasel凋亡相关基因在肝内的表达。结果：Tunel法检测出细胞凋亡高峰时间在LPS处理后12-15h。免疫组化法检测出bcl-2、bax、Fas、Fasel凋亡相关基因在肝内表达的时相性变化。结论：凋亡相关基因启动和促进了LPS处理的肝细胞凋亡的发生。
