高学压前期大动脉弹性变化的探讨

【摘要】：高血压及其并发症严重危害着人民的健康，而阻止高学压前期的人进入高学压患者的行列尤为重要。这就需要对这一组人群进行早期有效的干预，因此我们来探讨高血压前期大动脉弹性的变化，对所有入选者应用脉搏波速度测定仪测定颈动脉-挠动脉的脉搏波速度(C-RPVW)，颈动脉-股动脉的脉搏速度(C-FPVW)及血压、身高、体重、体重指数，胸围、臀围、脉压的值。分别对正常血压、正常血压高值、高血压三组人群比较探讨。
