摘要：目的：探讨超声在肠梗阻诊断中的临床价值。方法：对经手术和临床治疗证实的20例肠梗阻病例的声像图及X线检查结果进行回顾性分析。结果：其中10例超声诊断和X线检查均同时诊断为肠梗阻，5例超声检查发现肠梗阻早于X线检查，3例只超声诊断肠梗阻，2例X线检查诊断肠梗阻。结论:超声检查对肠梗阻的诊断具有极高的临床应用价值。
