摘要：目的：探讨分析临床护理方法的运用对溃疡性结肠炎的治疗和预后作用。方法：将我院36例溃疡性结肠炎的护理资料进行回顾性分析，对所有患者进行在饮食、心理、灌肠等各方面的精细护理后比较护理后的临床效果情况。结果：经过精细的护理后，总有效率为94.2%，死亡率为2.9%，与治疗前比较有显著的差异性(p<0.05)，有统计学意义。结论：临床护理工作对溃疡性结肠炎的治疗和预后作用至关重要，是治疗成功的关键因素之一。

    Abstract：Objective：Explore the analysis of the use of clinical care treatment and prognosis of ulcerative colitis. Methods: 36 cases of ulcerative colitis in the hospital care data were analyzed retrospectively the clinical effects of after care in all aspects of diet, psychological, sausage and other fine care for all patients. Results: After fine care, the total effective rate was 94.2%, the mortality rate was 2.9%, compared with before treatment a significant difference (p<0.05) was statistically significant. Conclusion： Clinical care on the treatment and prognosis of ulcerative colitis role is essential, is one of the key to successful treatment.
