摘要：目的：分析曲靖市1995~2010年维持无脊髓灰质炎状况，指导做好维持无脊髓灰质炎工作，最终实现全球消灭脊髓灰质炎的目标。方法： 用统计部门公布的出生儿童数对曲靖市1995~2010年脊髓灰质炎疫苗常规免疫、强化免疫接种质量进行D值评价，对AFP病例监测系统进行评价分析。结果：全市16年脊髓灰质炎疫苗常规免疫、强化免疫均保持高水平的免疫接种率，评价D值32个，其中可信22个、可疑10个，报告接种数据可靠，儿童建立了良好的免疫屏障；AFP病例监测系统运行良好，各项监测指标达卫生部标准。结论：做好常规免疫、坚持开展强化免疫和保持敏感完善的AFP病例监测系统运行是维持无脊髓灰质炎，乃至最终消灭脊髓灰质炎的重要策略。
