摘要:目的:了解GSH在大鼠单侧隐睾双侧睾丸中含量的变化及其外源性GSH对睾丸的保护作用。方法:SD雄性大鼠(21日龄)30只随机分为3组。(1)对照组10只;(2)左侧隐睾组10只; (3)左隐睾十注射GSH组10只。三月后处死大鼠取单侧或双侧睾丸作标本并用天平称重。采用化学比色法测定双侧皋丸中GSH和MDA的含量;采用生物素一dUTP酶标亲和素测定法检测睾丸支持细胞的超微结构。结果:隐睾+GSH注射组和隐睾组比较,其双侧睾丸重量与GSH的含量则明显上升,MDA和AI明显下降(P<0.01).生精上皮和支持细胞的病理改变也明显改善。结论:单侧隐睾GSH含量下降,GS H主要由支持细胞合成与分泌的。外源性GSH可以增加单侧隐睾双侧翠睾中GSH的含量,降低R OS,减轻脂质过氧化,对双侧睾丸的生精上皮有一定的保护作用。

Abstract:Objective:this study were to investigate the gene expression and the protective effect of glutathione (GSH) in the bistralateral testes. Methods: thirty Immature male Sprague Dawley Rats (21-day-old) were divided into three groups.① the control group;②Namely cryptorchid;③the crytorchid group following being injected with GSH. The animals were killed by cervical dislocation at the 90days after surgery, the testes were removed, dacapsulated, the weighed. The concentration of melodic diethylaldenyde(MDA) and GSH in testicular tissues were evaluated by using spectrophotometric determination. Germ cell apoptosis were detected by terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase mediated d-UTD nick end labeling method. The HE slices of testes were observed by light microscopy ......
