摘要：目的：探讨肋骨骨折内固定治疗的可行性及效果。 方法：499例行肋骨骨折切开复位内固定术。结果：495例痊愈，3例好转，1例死亡。373例随访1~6月，胸廓外观无畸形，呼吸功能良好,基本恢复体力劳动。结论：内固定治疗肋骨骨折具有手术简便、创伤小，复位固定牢固，疼痛缓解快，并发症少等优点,值得临床推广。

    Abstract:Objective:Discussion on feasibility and effects of rib fracture with ininternal fixation for the treatment of. Methods:499 routine open reduction and internal fixation for fracture of rib. Results:495 cases of cure,3 better,1 death.373 cases in January-June, Chest appearance without deformity,Good respiratory function, Basic recovery manual. Conclusion:Rib fractures treated by internal fixation with small easy surgery, trauma, reduction and firmly fixed, relief of pain,fewer complications, and other advantages.
