摘要：目的：分析、探讨农村计划生育育龄夫妇的心理问题。 方法:对调查的200例计划生育育龄夫妇进行我计生服务站自创的评测表收集其心理状况，其中农村夫妇100对，为分析组，城市夫妇100对，为对照组。 结果：农村夫妇心理焦虑状况较城市夫妇稍严重，其接受的计划生育教育、免费计生药品、计生服务人员走访次数均少于城市夫妇，而计划生育奖励、生男孩的必要度及产前B超测性别的比例高于后者。 结论:农村计划生育育龄夫妇较容易出现焦虑、抑郁等心理问题，且重男轻女现象仍较为普遍，应对其进行合适的计生教育、心理安抚，减少心理问题的发病率。

    Abstract: Objective: To analyze and discuss rural family planning reproductive couples’ psychological problems. Methods: Survey of 200 cases of family planning reproductive couples were my family planning service station self evaluation table to collect their psychological condition, in which the rural couples to 100 on, for the analysis of group city,100 of couples, as the control group. Results: The psychological anxiety of rural couples a city couple more serious, the acceptance of family planning education, free birth control, family planning service personnel visited times are less than city couple, and incentives for family planning, a boy is necessary and B ultrasound measurement of prenatal sex ratio is higher than that of the latter. Conclusion: Rural family planning reproductive couples are more prone to anxiety, depression and other psychological problems, and that men are superior to women is still common, should carry out the appropriate health education, psychological comfort, reduce the incidence of psychological problems. ......
