摘要：目的 研究中晚期非小细胞肺癌临床联合应用复方斑蝥酸钠、NP方案治疗的效果。方法 回顾性分析2015年1月-2018年1月本院晚期非小细胞肺癌患者70例，按照患者接受治疗的不同方式进行分组，对照组35例接受单一接受NP方案治疗，观察组35例患者联合接受复方斑蝥酸钠、NP方案治疗，比较两组临床治疗效果。结果 观察组治疗后总有效率为74.29%，毒副反应发生率为8.57%，生活质量优良率为71.43%，对照组分别为57.14%、31.43%、51.43%，观察组中位生存期为(341.25±48.51)天，对照组(306.32±40.94)天，P<0.05。结论 复方斑蝥酸钠联合NP方案治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌能够提升患者病情稳定程度，控制患者病情进展，减少化疗导致的毒副反应发生率，可在临床推广。
