【摘 要】目的：探究将下颌单颌总义齿应用于口腔修复中的临床效果，探究手术中的注意事项。方法：回顾性分析我院中2016年4月至2018年6月间收入的45例接受下颌单颌总义齿的患者的临床资料，记录所有患者的治疗总有效率，评价临床效果。结果：所有患者在接受治疗后，症状均有所改善，首次治疗成功例数为29(64.44%)，其余患者在进行一次复诊后均得到症状改善，复诊例数为16(35.56%)。结论：将下颌单颌总义齿应用于口腔修复患者的治疗中，能够获得较好的治疗效果，并且患者的首次治疗成功率较高，值得推广使用。
