【摘 要】目的：比较氧氟沙星与盐酸左氧氟沙星治疗盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法：随机选取我院于2016年7月至2017年7月收治的70例盆腔炎患者参与本次实验，采取随机抽签的方式将其均分为两组，将采取盐酸左氧氟沙星治疗的35例患者设为分析组，将采取氧氟沙星治疗的35例患者设为对照组，对比两种药物的治疗效果。结果：分析组患者治疗总有效率(94.3%)较对照组(71.4%)更高，临床症状改善情况较对照组更佳，不良反应发生率(8.6%)较对照组(28.6%)更低，两组上述指标相比P<0.05。结论：盐酸左氧氟沙星较氧氟沙星治疗盆腔炎的疗效和安全性更佳，更适应临床推广应用。

    【Abstract】objective：to compare the clinical efficacy of ofloxacin and levofloxacin hydrochloride in the treatment of pelvic inflammation. 70 patients with pelvic inflammatory disease admitted in our hospital from July 2016 to July 2017 were randomly selected to participate in this experiment. 35 patients treated with levofloxacin hydrochloride and 35 patients treated with ofloxacin hydrochloride were divided into two groups by random drawing of lots. Results the total effective rate of treatment in the analysis group was 94.3) higher than that in the control group (71.4).
