【摘 要】目的：分析养阴活血汤治疗糖尿病合并高血压的临床疗效。方法：将我院收治的90例糖尿病合并高血压患者纳入本次研究，病例均选自2015年9月至2017年9月，按照随机数字表法将其分为治疗组(45例)与对照组(45例)，对照组采取常规西医治疗，治疗组在对照组的基础上应用养阴活血汤治疗，比较两种治疗方案的疗效。结果：治疗组患者治疗总有效率(95.6%)相比于对照组(80.0%)更高，空腹血糖、舒张压、收缩压相比于对照组更低，各项中医症候积分较对照组更低，组间差异显著，P<0.05；两组患者均未出现严重不良反应，安全性较高。结论：养阴活血汤治疗糖尿病合并高血压具有显著疗效，且安全性高，值得推广。

    【Abstract】objective：to analyze the clinical effect of Yangyin Huoxue decoction in treating diabetes mellitus with hypertension. Methods：90 cases of diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension were included in this study. All the patients were selected from September 2015 to September 2017.
