【摘 要】淋巴结的诊断，一般通过对淋巴结二维表现及纵横比即L/S来表达。淋巴结门和皮质同为超声形态学指标，通过对淋巴结门和皮质的改变进行分析，也是淋巴结诊断及鉴别的重要线索之一。淋巴血流状态也是淋巴结诊断的重要手段之一。

    【Abstract】Thediagnosis of lymph nodes isusually expressed by two-dimensional appearance and aspect ratio of lymph nodes， i.e. l / s. Lymph node gate and cortex are both morphological parameters of ultrasound. the analysis of the changes of lymph node gate and cortex is also one of the important clues for lymph node diagnosis and differentiation. Lymphatic blood flow is also one of the important means of lymph node diagnosis.
