【摘 要】目的：讨论分析克霉唑阴道片对妊娠合并念珠菌阴道炎的临床效果。方法：选取2016年10月～2018年10月内我院接诊的70例患有妊娠合并念珠菌性阴道炎的患者作为研究对象，分为对照组和实验组进行实验探究，实验组为35例采用克霉唑阴道片治疗的患者，对照组为35例采用乳酸菌素阴道胶囊治疗的患者。结果：经过一段时间的治疗，实验组治疗有效率更高，两者差异性十分明显(P<0.05)，具有统计学意义。结论：克霉唑阴道片对妊娠合并念珠菌阴道炎的临床效果较好，用药安全性高，值得在临床中加以推广应用[1]。
