【摘 要】目的：分析一次性根管适充治疗牙体牙髓病的效果。方法：选取我院2015年10月至2016年10月90例牙体牙髓病患者，给予患者一次性根管适充治疗，对比分析患者治疗前后VAS评分及咬合力、咀嚼效率改善情况。结果：在给予患者干预治疗之后，患者VAS评分及咬合力、咀嚼效率改善效果明显，并且与治疗前存在显著差异，P<0.05。结论：一次性根管适充治疗牙体牙髓病患者，能够有效改善患者咀嚼功能，值得推广应用。
