【摘 要】目的：探讨中医辨证治疗过敏性紫癜的疗效。方法： 选择我院2017年1月至2018年1月期间收治的60例患儿为研究对象，并根据随机分组法将其分为观察组与对照组，通过两组患儿临床治疗效果探讨其应用价值。结果：观察组患儿综合有效率显著高于对照组，治疗时间短于对照组，复发率低于对照组， P<0.05，有统计学意义。结论： 中医辩证治疗过敏性紫癜效果显著，能够有效降低复发率，缩短治疗时间，值得推广。
