【摘 要】目的:探讨微创技术在创伤骨科临床治疗中的作用,了解微创技术在骨科临床治疗中的应用价值。方法:对我院2016年2月-2017年2月收治的230例骨科患者进行回顾性分析。按随机化原则分为实验组和对照组。每组115例。实验组采用微创治疗,对照组采用常规治疗。比较两组治疗后创面愈合时间、换药次数及恢复效果。结果:创面愈合时间,换药的次数和异物滞留在试验组优于对照组,总有效率均优于对照组,两组之间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:微创技术在创伤骨科的临床应用中具有良好的应用效果。创伤小,恢复快,能明显减轻患者的痛苦。

Clinical application of minimally invasive technique in traumatic orthopedics

【Abstract】Objective:To study the role of minimally invasive technique in the clinical treatment of trauma and to understand the application value of minimally invasive technique in the clinical treatment of orthopedics. Methods:A retrospective analysis of 230 patients with orthopedics admitted to our hospital from Feb.2016 to February 2017 was carried out. The randomized principle was divided into experimental group and control group. In the experimental group, there were 115 cases in each group. The experimental group was treated with minimally invasive treatment and the control group was treated with routine treatment. The time of wound healing, the number of drug change and the effect of recovery were compared between the two groups. Results:The total effective rate of the wound healing time, the number of drug change and the retention of foreign bodies in the test group was superior to that of the control group, and the total effective rate was superior to that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion:minimally invasive technique is effective in the clinical application of trauma orthopedics. Small trauma, rapid recovery, can significantly alleviate the pain of the patient.

随着社会的发展和医疗技术的进步,人们对健康和外观的要求越来越高,医疗条件不断改善和提高医生对微创技术的基础技术已广泛应用于骨科。微创技术是一种微创和最小的生理干预以达到最佳手术效果的新技术。微创技术在创伤骨科中的应用,达到了创伤小、手术精度高、疗效好、术后恢复快的目的。微创技术在创伤骨科中的应用,具有特殊的操作模式的应用,手术使用专用设备,具有出血少、微创、操作准确、效果明显的特点,可以大大减轻患者的痛苦。近年来,随着各种先进医疗技术的应用和发展,外科技术和设备逐步完善,微创技术在创伤骨科领域得到了极大的发展。本文结合实际情况,对微创技术在创伤骨科中的应用进行了研究,内容如下:
1 材料与方法
1.1 试验材料
方法对2016年2月-2017年2月我院骨科收治的230例患者进行回顾性分析。根据随机化原则,将患者分为实验组和对照组,每组115例。对照组74例女性,男41例,年龄21~47岁。实验组男65例,女50例,年龄23~47岁。在微创手术前,应检查试验组和对照组患者的身体状况,以排除血管疾病和神经系统疾病。经诊断,髋关节损伤101例,肩关节损伤57例,膝关节损伤72例。所有患者均符合创伤骨科诊断标准。, 百拇医药(李光焱)
