【摘要】目的：探讨更年期综合征患者采取护理干预对其负面情绪的影响。方法：随机将治疗更年期综合征的90例患者分为两组，对照组采用常规护理，研究组采用护理干预，比较两组护理效果。结果：两组护理前SAS、SDS评分比较无明显差异(P>0.05)，研究组患者的失眠、烦躁、心神不宁与出汗烦热症状改善时间明显短于对照组，治疗总有效率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：更年期综合征患者采用护理干预，能有效改善患者的负面情绪和疾病症状，促进患者早日康复。
