浅谈门诊导医护理工作体会以提高门诊导医护理质量

【摘要】目的:探究门诊导医护理工作综合管理的实施对提高门诊导医质量的促进效果。方法:我院2018年6月起实施门诊导医综合管理,自管理前(对照组)后(研究组)就诊患者中各随机抽取120例患者进行研究,对比两组患者对门诊导医服务的满意情况。结果:研究组患者对门诊护理满意度高于对照组,对比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:加强综合管理能够有效提升导诊工作质量,提升急诊效率,值得进行广泛的推广和应用。【关键词】门诊导诊;综合管理;护理满意度
