【摘 要】耳鼻咽喉的临床教学中，以团队为基础的教学模式能更好地发挥学生的主观能动性，培养团队协作精神，使大多数学生能较系统地掌握专科重点知识，并培养学生一定的临床诊疗思维能力，对于提升学生的学习兴趣、增强对知识的理解具有重要作用。
