【摘 要】目的：评判膝关节置换术后关节功能锻炼的延续护理效果。方法：将我院2015年7月～2016年7月收治的74例膝关节置换术患者，结合患者入院先后顺序分组，分成实验组37例、参照组37例。实验组实行延續护理，参照组实行常规护理，对比两组护理效果。结果：出院前，两组日常生活能力Barthel指数评分比较，P>0.05。出院后12周、24周、48周，两组上述指标比较，P<0.05。结论：膝关节置换术患者接受延续护理，可有效改善患者的日常生活能力。
