【摘 要】目的：探究针对性急救护理模式在小儿高热惊厥急诊护理中的效果。方法：研究对象为62例小儿高热惊厥患儿，分为两组，31例给予常规护理者作为对照组，31例给予针对性急救护理者作为实验组，对比两组效果。结果：实验组惊厥消失时间与退热时间明显优于对照组，实验组护理满意率(93.5%)明显高于对照组(77.4%)，差异有统计学意义，P<0.05。结论：在小儿高热惊厥中给予针对性急救护理模式干预，能够提高护理效果，改善患儿症状，在临床上的应用价值显著。
