【摘 要】目的：分析在消毒供应中心实施精细化管理对手术器械消毒灭菌的效果。方法：选择2016年2月～2019年3月我院消毒供应中心一千件手术器械作为本次研究对象，随机将其分为常规管理组与精细化管理组，常规管理组采取常规管理模式，精细化管理组在此基础上实施精细化管理，比较两组手术器械的消毒灭菌质量。结果：常规管理组手术器械消毒灭菌不合格率低于精细化管理组，精细化管理组消毒供应中心管理人員满意度高于常规管理组，P<0.05。结论：在消毒供应中心实施精细化管理能够显著提高手术器械消毒灭菌质量，值得推广。
