【摘 要】目的：探讨肝硬化并发上消化道出血采取奥曲肽与奥美拉唑联合治疗的临床效果。方法：对2017年4月到2019年4月间我院收治的80例肝硬化并发上消化道出血患者进行研究，以随机数表法将其分为参照组和研究组各40例，参照组：予以参照组患者常规药物治疗，研究组：给予研究组患者奥曲肽与奥美拉唑联合治疗，对两组患者的治疗效果进行分析比较。结果：研究组治疗总有效率较参照组明显较高，且研究组治疗后消化道48h出血量、出血时间及住院时间均显著比参照组的时间少，P<0.05。结论：肝硬化并发上消化道出血采取奥曲肽与奥美拉唑联合治疗效果优良。
