【摘 要】目的：探討肺叶切除手术的护理与相关因素的防范。方法：选取2015年1月—2017年1月56例肺叶切除术患者临床资料，分析术后并发症相关因素。结果：肺部感染2例，切口感染1例，肺部扩张2例，流管不畅2例，经过治疗，全愈康复出院。结论：肺叶切除手术对相关因素进行防范，可减少胸腔出血、切口感染、肺不张等并发症的发生。【关键词】肺叶切除;围手术期;护理
