基于岗位胜任力的岗前培训对提高新入职护士综合能力及核心胜任力的影响(1)

     【摘 要】目的:研究基于崗位胜任力的岗前培训对提高新入职护士综合能力及核心胜任力的影响。方法:从2018年我院新入职护士中选择44例开展本次试验,根据入职时间的前后将护士分为两组:对照组、研究组,分别为22例。对照组:给新入职的护士采取常规护士岗前培训;研究组:给新入职护士予以基于岗位胜任力的岗前培训。培训后,对两组新入职的护士进行核心胜任力、职业素养及综合能力进行比较。结果:培训前,对照组新入职护士的核心胜任力与研究组无差异,Pb>0.05;实行岗位胜任力的岗前培训后,研究组的新入职护士的核心胜任力明显高于对照组,Pa<0.05,有统计学意义;研究组经专家测评与临床测评后,新入职的护士的职业素养与综合能力明显高于对照组,P*<0.001,有统计学意义。结论:将基于岗位胜任力的岗前培训应用于新入职护士培训中,有效提高护士的综合能力及核心胜任力,且在新护士的入职培训中发挥着积极的作用。

    The influence of pre-service training based on post competence on improving the comprehensive competence and core competence of new nurses

    【Abstract】Purpose:to study the influence of pre-service training based on post competence on improving the comprehensive ability and core competence of new nurses. Methods:from 2018, 44 new nurses in our hospital were selected to carry out this experiment. According to the entry time, the nurses were divided into two groups: control group and research group, with 22 cases respectively. Control group: routine pre-service training for new nurses; Study group: pre-service training based on post competency for new nurses. After the training, the core competence, professional quality and comprehensive ability of the two groups of new nurses were compared. Results:before the training, the core competence of the new nurses in the control group was no different from that in the study group (Pb > 0.05). After the pre-post training of post competency, the core competency of the new nurses in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group, Pa < 0.05, which was statistically significant. After the expert evaluation and clinical evaluation, the professional quality and comprehensive ability of the new nurses in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group, P* < 0.001, with statistical significance. Conclusion:the pre-job training based on post competence can be applied to the training of new nurses, which can effectively improve the comprehensive ability and core competence of nurses and play an active role in the training of new nurses., 百拇医药(王婕)
