重组人骨形态发生蛋白(rhBMP-2)纳米控释囊在前交叉韧带重建术后腱-骨修复的影响(3)

     4 结论

    本实验在兔膝关节ACL重建时,rhBMP-2纳米控释囊有助于促进肌腱-骨界面的腱骨愈合,提高腱骨愈合生物力学的强度和刚度,为临床应用自体肌腱移植重建ACL促进腱-骨直接愈合提供了一种新方法。
