【摘 要】目的：观察鼻用曲安奈德治疗积液性中耳炎的效果。方法：以我院收治的76例积液性中耳炎患者，根据入院顺序奇偶数分为2组，奇数为参照组38例患者采用地塞米松注射液治疗，偶数为研讨组38例患者采用鼻用曲安奈德治疗，观察其治疗效果。结果：治疗后研讨组患者研讨组耳积液炎性因子水平均较参照组更优，P<0.05，组间差异符合统计学意义。结论：鼻用曲安奈德治疗积液性中耳炎患者的疗效确切，能够积极改善各项炎性因子水平，促进患者的恢复。
