【摘 要】目的：探究CT在诊断附件扭转中的应用价值。方法：回顾性分析28例经手术证实的附件扭转并行术前CT扫描病例的影像资料，分析其特征性影像学表现如漩涡征或鸟嘴征、相关肿块、卵巢增大、周围移位的卵泡、卵巢水肿、囊肿壁增厚，子宫偏斜，并与手术结果对照。 结果：在28例患者中原发性3例，继发性例25( 输卵管系膜囊肿4例、输卵管积水1例，卵巢肿块并扭转20例)。结论：CT在附件扭转的诊断中具有重要的价值。
