【摘 要】目的：探讨阿托伐他汀联合二甲双胍治疗老年2型糖尿病伴血脂异常的效果。方法：将106例2型糖尿病伴血脂异常的老年患者分为单一组和联合组，各组53例。单一组采用二甲双胍片治疗，联合组联合阿托伐他汀治疗。对比两组治疗有效率。结果：联合组治疗有效率、血脂指标优于单一组(P<0.05)。结论：阿托伐他汀联合二甲双胍治疗老年2型糖尿病伴血脂异常效果好。
