【摘 要】目的：探究胸腔镜肺叶切除术治疗肺癌患者术后针对性护理的实施效果以及对患者呼吸道的影响。方法：抽选84例2018年5月-2019年5月期间于本院进行胸腔镜肺叶切除术治疗肺癌患者作为研究对象，随机分为各42例的对照组和研究组，分别实施常规护理和针对性护理，比较两组患者护理后肺活量体重指数以及并发症发生情况。结果：研究组患者呼吸系统并发症发生率与对照组相比较低，肺活量体重指数与对照组相比较高，差异呈统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：胸腔镜肺叶切除术治疗肺癌患者术后针对性护理的实施效果较好，值得推广应用。
