【摘 要】目的： 探讨比较原发性卵巢肿瘤和转移性卵巢肿瘤的二维及彩色多普勒超声特征，并分析其价值。方法：回顾性分析近10年来经超声诊断并经手术及病理证实20例库肯勃氏瘤的超声图像特征，包括肿块的大小、形态、包膜、内在回声、肿块与周围组織关系、肿块内及周围的血流情况、测量阻力指数，有无腹水及腹腔内淋巴结转移等。结果： 术前超声与术后病理诊断相符18 例，符合率高达90%。结论： 卵巢转移瘤的发病率高于原发性肿瘤，二维及彩色多普勒超声对诊断库肯勃氏瘤有重要意义。
