【摘 要】目的：研究微波结合中药熏洗治疗肛瘘术后并发症。方法：随机选取84例肛瘘患者，将其划分为甲组(碘伏治疗)与乙组(微波联合中药熏洗治疗)，每组42例。结果：甲组有效率、疼痛与水肿、渗液评分均差于乙组(P<0.05)。结论：肛瘘患者采取微波与中药熏洗联合治疗，降低术后并发症，缓解疼痛。
