【摘 要】目的：分析甲状腺乳头状癌超声检查和细针穿刺病理的特点。方法：对67例甲状腺乳头状癌的超声和细针穿刺病理检查结果进行分析，总结特点。结果：针穿刺病理检查确诊率为95.52%。超声影像学特征有：实质性低回声、内部回声不均匀、结节纵横比≥1、存在丰富血流信号、颈部肿大淋巴结等。结论：超声检查和细针穿刺病理在甲状腺乳头状癌检查中确诊率高，为治疗提供可靠数据。
