【摘 要】目的：无创呼吸机治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并重症呼吸衰竭的针对性护理措施。方法：用2018年1月-2019年1月在院治疗的68例慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并重症呼吸衰竭患者，随机均分为参照组和观察组，参照组用常规护理，观察组用针对性护理措施，各34例，比较两组并发症。结果：护理后，观察组并发症明显比参照组少，有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：针对性护理措施能减轻慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并重症呼吸衰竭患者在无创呼吸机治疗中的境况，提高护理质量，适合推广。
