【摘 要】目的：探讨老年胆结石采用腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗的效果。方法：随机将70例老年胆结石患者分为两组，其中对照组行开腹手术，而观察组则运用腹腔镜胆囊切除术，比较两组效果。结果：观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);同时，两组围术期指标比较有差异(P<0.05)。结论：运用腹腔镜胆囊切除术对老年胆结石患者进行治疗效果显著。
